Hatchet tap and table is nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains located in downtown Richmond, Vermont. We offer a staple of popular home cooked meals with our own unique twists.  Our menu is a showcase for sustainable and responsibly produced meats, cheeses and vegetables, sourced from nearby local farms.

Our restaurant has 24 tap lines of carefully selected craft beers, wines & hard ciders as well as choice cocktails and fine liquors.

Our beer list is in line with our support of the smaller, craft producers from Vermont and beyond. In addition to these selections we also incorporate several options that showcase the creativity in craft brewing that is occurring across the country.

Our wine list is focused, moderately priced, ever changing, eclectic and designed to showcase smaller producers that represent their respective regions, natural attributes and territory. 

We also offer choice cocktails and fine liquors.
