We have an established network of nearby suppliers who, like the restaurant, are striving for both environmental harmony and delicious flavor. The food is simple, uncomplicated, fresh and down-to-earth. The menu is designed to be appropriate to the season as well as the region, and composed to feature the finest sustainably sourced ingredients.
